“Talked to Ray at AAW and he stated the wiper switch needs to be grounded on GM products. I can take a wire and touch ground/metal on vehicle and wipers should work. I told him dash was not connected to car and that would cause the switch not to be grounded since dash is not touching metal of vehicle.
